About the Role


Our Assistant Accountants are part of a rotational team that cover accounts receivable, financial accounting and management accounting, working approximately 6 months in each area. We do this to offer exposure opportunities in order to facilitate professional development and succession planning.




  • Prepare management daily, weekly & monthly reports for Operations and Finance
  • Assist with management accounting tasks
  • Analyse and process accounts receivable across the OneHarvest group
  • Maintain internal audit framework to ensure financial rigour
  • Study and completion of CPA studies 


Skills & Experience


  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, or similar
  • Show initiative, positively participate & assist the broader Finance team
  • High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Refined communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
  • Innovative thinking to aid continuous improvement
