About the Role

 

Due to increased growth, we are now recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor who will manage the customer orders/delivery and the performance of site logistics partners. Reporting into the Warehouse and Distribution Manager, this role will supervise the team and oversee the hands-on despatch and receivables functions.

 

Duties

 

  • Deliver on our DIFFOT target of 99%
  • Lead a high function team of forklift operators and process workers
  • Deliver on weekly margin to budget
  • Manage stock control to 98% of all work locations
  • Facilitate waste reduction initiatives and continuous improvement

 

Skills & Experience

  • Recent experience in a supervisory level role
  • FMCG industry experience
  • Forklift ticket and experience within warehousing
  • Computer literacy
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
