About the Role

 

We are now seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our salad processing factory in Bibra Lake, Perth.  You will report directly into the Site Manager and assist with all Production related activities, enhancing our operations and exceeding targets.

 

Duties

 

  • Assist the site achieve all production targets
  • Drive operations and ensure efficiencies are at a maximum with both people and machinery
  • Mentor and develop the Production Supervisors
  • Create a product quality focus amongst teams that is upheld every day
  • Drive continuous improvements in production processes and procedures
  • Maintain a strong focus on OH&S
  • Managing a team to deliver challenging production targets

 

Skills

 

  • Demonstrated and extensive experience in FMCG
  • Understand the basics of Profit & Loss data
  • Show initiative, positively participate & lead by example
  • High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Refined communication skills and ability to build relationships and lead a team
  • A ‘hands-on’ approach to management
