About the Role

Our site HR Manager is part of the National People and Culture team and will be responsible for providing support, advice and coaching to our people managers in effectively handling employee relations matters as well as delivering effective HR solutions to support operational outcomes that are commercially beneficial to OneHarvest.  This hands on role will work across all functions of the production site in a generalist capacity, and will lead all local HR initiatives including On- boarding, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Relations, Workforce Management, WH&S, and Training and Development.



  • Advise on IR and ER issues
  • Support and guide site managers on people management matters
  • Design and deliver tailored training programmes
  • Partner with site managers to resolve and manage labour requirements
  • Develop and implement site specific Retention and Engagement initiatives
  • Support the site performance planning and review process
  • Drive a positive site culture

Skills & Experience

  • HR management experience with relevant qualification
  • IR experience
  • Experience in a fast pace FMCG business
  • Proven people management and coaching skills
  • Exposure to negotiation and implementation of EA’s
  • Ability to lead culture change
