About the Role


OneHarvest is recruiting a Hygiene Team Leader who will be responsible for leading teams and exceeding production targets.  You will use your skills and knowledge in FMCG to add value to our Bairnsdale (Victoria) site.



  • Supervise teams of hygiene team members
  • Work in a cold room environment (between 2oC and 6oC)
  • Cover shifts across a 24/7 factory - predominantly afternoon shift, however flexibility is required
  • Work safely and adhere to food hygiene rules
  • Repetitive movements and standing for long periods required in all roles
  • Operate food processing equipment

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in industrial cleaning  
  • Ability to work at a very fast pace with a focus on achieving KPI’s
  • Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport to get to your shifts
  • High attention to detail
