About the Role


Our Machine Operators will be responsible for operating food processing equipment and achieving production requirements.  You will use your skills and knowledge in FMCG to add value to our Bibra Lake (Perth) site.



  • Work in a cold room environment (between 2oC and 6oC)
  • Cover shifts across a 24/7 factory
  • Work safely and adhere to food hygiene rules
  • Repetitive movements and standing for long periods required in all roles
  • Operate food manufacturing machinery

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work at a very fast pace with a focus on achieving KPI’s
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport to get to your shifts
  • High attention to detail
