    About the Role

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our head office in Wacol, QLD. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and knowledge across a wide array of ICT systems and technologies to facilitate the operation of the business around Australia. 

     

    The successful person reports directly to IT Systems Team Leader and  this role is offered on a permanent full time basis.

     

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Partake in the day to day running of OneHarvest’s information technology systems,
    • Provide frontline user support via our helpdesk ticketing system
    • Participate in 24x7 on call coverage and remote site visits as rostered
    • Maintaining a secure, reliable and scalable system that operates effectively for staff located across the country including in remote locations;
    • Investigate and resolves problems within the network in a timely manner
    • Monitor and manage services provided by third party providers
    • Work with team members to identify and address gaps
    • Assisting with the planning and implementation of IT projects
    • Ensuring system and service meets user needs.

      

    Skills & Attributes

    • Must have valid work rights in Australia (no restriction)
    • Work autonomously at times
    • Willing to work after hours
    • Previous experience as a Systems Administrator or Helpdesk team member

    Experience with

      • networks including Cisco routers, switches and access points
      • Microsoft Server products including Exchange, SQL and Hyper-V
      • Microsoft OS and desktop applications
      • IT Hardware installations and fault finding
