    About the Role   

     

    Due to organisational growth, we are now seeking 2 passionate individuals to join our National Service Centre team to assist in our supply chain order process. This role will report in to the NSC Team Leader and will have significant contact with customers and stakeholders.  You will need to be flexible with working days as well as accommodating early start times from 6am.

     

    Duties 

     

    • Internal call centre with calls to/from existing customers
    • Data entry of orders
    • Customer Service
    • Providing customers with product knowledge
    • General administrative duties

     

    Skills 

     

    • Previous experience within a sales and/or call centre environment
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel
    • Great attention to detail
