    About the Role


    Our Maintenance team is responsible for the timely and efficient management of breakdowns and preventative maintenance. You will help ensure minimal disruption to the newest of our four manufacturing sites in Smeaton Grange in Sydney. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a new maintenance team and contribute to the growth and development of the team as the factory expands with new equipment.  Ideally the successful candidate will be a dual trade Electrician & Mechanical Fitter. However, we are open to qualified Electricians with mechanical experience.  




    • Drive service culture, focussed on immediate breakdown maintenance
    • Proactively identify & coordinate preventative maintenance
    • Technical support & training to machine operators for basic troubleshooting
    • Support for continuous improvement/project implementation
    • Compliance to OneHarvest Safety Management System
    • Investigate plant or equipment deficiencies that lead to out-of-spec finished goods


    Skills & Experience


    • Qualified NSW licensed Electrician, Mechanical/ Fitter
    • Experience with mechanical repairs equipment & strong fault finding abilities.
    • Able to repair, change and improve machinery while ensuring principles of HACCP & GMP are not compromised
    • Experience working in FMCG environment highly desirable
